Melanie Martinez is a 21-year-old American singer and songwriter. She appeared on the third season of The Voice. Her conceptual album, Cry Baby, is based off of Melanie’s childhood. Each song tells its story through metaphors. Although she is unlike any other artist, we thought it would be fun to compile a list of our favorite Melanie Martinez mashups!
This mashup of Ed’s “Don’t” and Melanie’s “Cake” has the perfect mixture of each of the artists’ vocals. Both Ed and Melanie have unique songwriting styles, so what could be better than to put them together?
The duo of pop singer Selena Gomez and alternative artist Melanie Martinez might be unlikely, but their voices mix beautifully together with this mashup. With Selena in the first verse, and Melanie in the second, this mashup sounds like a real collaboration. The slow, melodic, song will make you feel as if you’re in another world.
Fifth Harmony’s hit dance song “Worth It” might sound like an unlikely match for Melanie’s “Soap” but it will surprise you! You’ll want to keep this on repeat!

This mashup of Twenty One Pilots single, “Ride” and Melanie’s “Carousel” combines two fan favorites. Although the mashup might not contain Melanie’s vocals, you still hear the unforgettable beat from “Carousel.”

The eerie tone of Melanie’s “Dollhouse” mixes beautifully with Halsey’s dark lyrics in “Gasoline.” Halsey is another rising alternative artist with her hit album “Badlands.” Although many people compare the two artists, they each have their own sound. Both Halsey and Melanie have unique voices that shine through in this mashup!
