Stephen Belafonte, Mel B's ex-husband, Facing Lawsuit from Singer Malu Trevejo for Alleged Fraud

Allegations have surfaced against Stephen Belafonte, the ex-husband of Mel B, as rising singer Malu Trevejo takes him to court, accusing him of having caused her substantial financial losses through an alleged deceptive management contract.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Trevejo claims that Belafonte deceived her into signing an exclusive management deal under false pretenses, misrepresenting himself as a licensed talent agent.
